Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor degree

• Experienced in HR Business Partner, preferably in General Insurance Industry

• Max. 35 years old

• Good HR Knowledge, analytical thinking, organization awareness, data analysis and detail oriented

• Good communication and presentation skill

• Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel & Power Point - Intermediate level)

• Location : Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with user to understand the strategic objectives and needs of the directorate

• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development plans.

• Talent Identification and Sucession Plan

• Conduct end-to-end collaboration in Learning & Development

• Provide and support to user on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.

• Support and ensure compliance with company and HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
